Q. How do I sign up?
A. Customers may either sign up through our online registration form by clicking here, or by calling our office at 1-609-860-0300 and speaking with a sales representative to create an account to begin dangerous goods declarations.

Q. What dangerous goods classes and/or divisions are available?
A. ShipHazmat.net offers all dangerous goods classes and divisions under IATA and ICAO regulations for air transportation with the exception of Class 7 Radioactive materials. Purchasing an account as a per-click or a monthly fee entitles customers access to all proper shipping names except those classified as Class 7 or any of its sub-classes.

Q. How can I update my account profile?
A. Customers may log in with their personal account information and update their company profiles via the "Accounting" link provided on the home page after logging in. Please note that only the Master user of an account may update profile information and all regular users of that account will share the same profile information.

Q. How do I retrieve a forgotten or lost password?
A. At this time, customers must contact our office at 1-609-860-0300 and speak with a technical assistant to retrieve lost or forgotten passwords. You may be asked to verify your account information, so please have that information available when you contact us. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Q. Can I print my declaration with the red borders?
A. Yes. If you have a color inkjet or laser printer, you can print Shipper's Declarations with the red borders. In order to print with the red borders, you need to adjust the margins of the paper to 0.25 inches on all sides. Make sure you are using Letter sized paper at 8.5 x 11 inches. The header and footer must be blank. Paper orientation must be set to "Portrait".
