Refund and Return Policy Information
The Bureau of Dangerous Goods, Ltd. does not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds on services provided through its online ShipHazmat.net application. All sales are considered final because you cannot physically return a purchased and completed Shipper's Declaration online. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed documents and software can be easily duplicated.

However, we will work with our online customers to help resolve any technical difficulties they may experience regarding an order.

Demonstration
The Bureau of Dangerous Goods, Ltd. offers a demo version of ShipHazmat.net via its home page for customers to try the application before purchasing. Customers are strongly encouraged to try the demo version first prior to purchasing any licensing to ensure that the application meets the customer's needs and requirements for the shipment of dangerous goods.

Dangerous Good Shipments
In accordance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) regulations & CFR 49 §172 Subpart H, the preparation of documents for the shipment of dangerous goods must be done by trained individuals. While ShipHazmat.net ensures compliance with IATA and ICAO regulations on completed Shipper's Declarations, it cannot take into account a lack of knowledge dealing with dangerous goods shipments on the part of an individual filling out the form. The Bureau of Dangerous Goods, Ltd. does not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds on purchased orders for customers who require dangerous goods declaration documents but do not possess the knowledge of how to properly declare such dangerous goods in accordance to IATA and ICAO regulations.
